How to Pray for Our Daily Bread?

How to Pray For Our Daily Bread?

Give us this day our daily bread.

Give us this day our daily bread of every grace we’ll need so that our lives might honour Thee.

Give us this day our daily bread of Thy love so that it might flow through each us to everyone we come into contact with.

Give us this day our daily bread of grateful, thankful hearts whatever our circumstances may be, trusting Thy love and mercy in it all.

Give us this day our daily bread of the longing and desire to flee temptation and sin by Thy power.

Give us this day our daily bread of Thy perfect peace that surpasses all understanding whatever Thy love ordains for our day.

Give us this day our daily bread of hearts ready to rejoice always and in all circumstances.

Give us this day our daily bread of faith to trust Thee through all the changing scenes today will bring.

Give us this day our daily bread of grace to glorify Thy precious name in all we do and think and say.

Give us Lord this day our daily bread of all we need to live in such a way that our lives will honour and glorify Thy Holy name.

Amen
