‘Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.’
Even though….
Yes even though life is hard and the way ahead unknown – rejoice!
Why?
Because God is in perfect, loving control and if you’re His child He has promised to work all your hard things together for your good and His glory.
He’s promised to supply all your need and give you strength to do His will.
He’s promised to be with you through the deep waters and flames of the trials.
Are these things alone not reason enough to rejoice!
And the Bible is filled with hundreds more precious promises.
So rejoice always, be patient, not full of care but pouring your heart out to God with thanksgiving. Fix your eyes upon Jesus not your circumstances, trusting that way is indeed perfect…
‘And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.’
